Ingredients

  1. garlic
  2. ginger
  3. Onion
  4. beans
  5. carrots
  6. cabbage
  7. capsicum
  8. Rice - Basmati 3 cup
  9. Pepper powder
  10. vinegar
  11. soya sauce
  12. salt
  13. olive oil
Preparation

  1. Wash Basmati rice well and soak in water for  30 minutes
  2. Boil half a vessel water adding 2 t spoon olive oil and salt
  3. Add the basmati rice to the boiling water and stir well
  4. cook it until the rice is cooked just nice for fried rice
  5. cut ingredients 1 to 7 to thin slices
  6. boil oil in a pan and add ingredients from 1 to 7 in the same order and add salt to taste
  7. mix cooked rice to the above and mix well
  8. add pepper powder, soya sauce vinegar and salt to taste
  9. mix well
  10. serve hot with Gobi Manchurian and raita
Optional

Cut paneer into small 1cm cubes, fry well and mix it with the above before serving.
Deep fry small onion and sprinkle it on top of fried rice or keep it on the side while serving
